Motion Sensor
A motion sensor (aka PIR or movement detector) is an essential part of your home security system. It will detect motion in your house when no-one is supposed to be home, trigger alarms, and alert you and others to take action. It can cover a large area and is relatively easy to install. When you arm the security system, then you will be notified if motion sensor detects movement by someone entering the area. Small dogs and cats will not trigger the alarm due to its pet-immunity function.
